Not only did I prepare an exclusive menu of truly authentic Italian dishes for you, I spend most of my time at the restaurant in the kitchen, not just ensuring you are receiving a well prepared and delicious meal, I perform some of the cooking myself, ensuring the cuisine is perfect every time, for every guest.

Seafood is plentiful in southern Thailand and is incorporated elegantly in my seafood and pasta dishes that I offer.
